Healthy cheat meal? 

Yeah it sounds strange but i just did it. 

Simmered turkey burgers with no roasting or baking – just 5 minutes of water boiling.

Tomatoes,

Baked green peppers, which are covered in olive oil, onions and parsley and left for one night to just “inhale” all the juices inside of them.

One piece of home made whole grain bread.

Some cheap mustard.

Although i’m gonna eat now, this got me thinking – whats for dessert?
