ProteusDx, a cutting-edge healthcare product by FirstVitals, needed a visual identity that reflected its revolutionary approach to AI-enhanced gastrointestinal diagnostics.
The challenge was to merge futuristic technology with medical trust, while creating a brand system flexible enough to work across human, companion pet, and equine markets.

The identity was built for digital scalability across websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and professional presence at every touchpoint.

Solution
The logo for ProteusDx was inspired by the namesake vessel from the 1966 film Fantastic Voyage, a submarine capable of exploring the human body.
Echoing this concept, the logo integrates a stylized capsule form with subtle wave and signal motifs—signifying scanning, data transmission, and medical precision.
The typography uses a modern sans-serif to convey clarity and technical confidence. The color palette blends deep blues and teals, evoking professionalism and health, while bright accent hues underscore innovation and vitality.
